Can I use Outlook or a phone email app?
Our email service supports IMAP/SMTP and webmail. Compatibility and device setup depend on your application and agreed support scope; software licences are separate.
Does this include Microsoft Exchange?
No. Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 administration, Teams integration and Exchange-style shared calendars are not included.
What if I need more mailboxes?
Choose Biz 5, 10, 20 or 30, or a Power plan for unlimited accounts within provider resource limits. Capacity upgrades apply once per package.
Is domain renewal included?
The advertised yearly package includes one qualifying RM100 domain. Premium substitutions require a quotation; the included domain is not billed twice.
Can you migrate existing email?
We assess mailbox sizes, access, provider restrictions and downtime before quoting migration. Keep independent backups; complete recovery is not guaranteed.
How quickly can setup begin?
Activation is normally targeted within 1–3 business days after cleared payment, complete information and provider checks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.
Can I buy a standalone website?
Yes. Starter design is RM300, Standard RM600 and Premium RM1,000. Domain, hosting and ongoing updates are separate unless your quote includes them.
